Bob Marsh is Associate Professor of Management, Welch College of
Business, Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT. Bob received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from Xavier University. Bob also has over eight years of industry experience, predominately with General Electric Aircraft Engines, and two years of consulting experience. He joined Sacred Heart University in 2001 and currently teaches courses in Operations Management and Management. Bob's current research involves testing the effects of lean process techniques on managerial efficiency and exploring methods to reduce workplace interruptions. Dr. Marsh's publications and consulting experience entailed significant interaction with managers, analysts, and engineers of for-profit organizations. Bob joined IORG in July, 2008. |
