Sheizaf Rafeli is Head of the Graduate School of Management at the University of Haifa (2006- ) and Director of The Center for the Study of the Information Society (1998- ).

Sheizaf maintains his personal home page at here. He lives in Haifa, after cycling through Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Califormia, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Europe, and several other kibbutzim and locations. He is a graduate of the University of Haifa, Ohio State University, and Stanford University. He has held faculty positions in these three, as well as half a dozen other universities. Sheizaf is interested in computers as media, and has been researching and developing in this field since the 1970s.
