Will Schwalbe was until recently SVP and Editor in Chief of Disney's Hyperion Books, and is now starting a new media company. He is the co-author of a book about email, SEND, that was a business bestseller and short-listed for the Quill Award for Best Business Book of the Year. SEND was featured in USA Today, The New York Times Book Review, The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and O The Oprah Magazine, among many other publications. It has been published in eight languages. Will has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS Sunday Morning, NPR, The Colbert Report, and the ABC Evening News -- discussing email etiquette and overload.

He has given speeches about email and email overload at Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson, the United States Treasury, Wharton Business School, the Mayo Clinic, Kramer Levin, and Deloitte, among other organizations and companies.

He is proud to have attended the first conference of the IORG and is looking forward to future involvement.
